NOAO Observing Proposal Form

Welcome to the National Optical Astronomy Observatory's observing proposal Web form. This form can be used to apply for time at all NOAO coordinated facilities: Gemini North and South (and exchange time with Subaru), Kitt Peak National Observatory and Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory as well as community-access time with AAT.

This form is now configured for the preparation of proposals for all resources offered by NOAO in 2014B, including Gemini proposals. However, Gemini has released a new version of their Phase-I Tool (PIT), which is the preferred option for Gemini proposals. Please use PIT if you are submitting a regular proposal for Gemini time only.
